Schedule Flexibility FAQs

Do sessions really start every 15 minutes all day?

Yes! During operating hours, new sessions begin at :00, :15, :30, and :45 past every hour. With 15-minute time slots throughout the day, it's convenient to find a time that works best for you.

What if I arrive between start times?

Just wait for the next session (maximum 14 minutes). Use that time to change, warm up, or chat with other members.

Can I do 60 minutes on Monday and 15 on Tuesday?

Absolutely! Your session length choice changes every visit. Total flexibility.

Can I reserve my session time ahead of my workout?

Yes. Sessions open one week in advance so you can lock in your preferred time.

What if the gym is "full" at my preferred time?

We have capacity for multiple sessions running simultaneously. If one time slot is busy, the next one (15 min later) will have space.

Can I change my mind mid-workout?

Yes! If you planned 45 minutes but need to leave after 30 or extend to 60, just let your coach know.
