How does the 15-minute start time work?
Classes begin at :00, :15, :30, and :45 past every hour. Simply book the time slot that fits your schedule and show up ready to train. This means you have multiple options throughout the day instead of being locked into one or two class times.
What if I can only workout for 30 minutes?
No Problem! You choose your workout duration: 15, 30, 45, or 60 minutes. Life happens, and we adapt. Get an effective workout in the time you have available.
Do I need any experience?
Not at all! Our coaches work with complete beginners to advanced athletes. Every exercise can be modified to match your current fitness level.
What's included in my membership?
All equipment, expert coaching, workout modifications for all fitness levels, daily warm-up and cool-down routines, progress tracking, and access to our supportive community.
Can I bring a friend?
