Community FAQs
I'm introverted. Will I feel pressured to socialize?
Not at all. Community happens organically here—no forced socializing. Come, work out, leave. Or stay and chat. Totally your choice.
Do I have to attend community events?
Nope! Events are completely optional. Some members come to everything, others never attend. Both are perfectly fine.
What if I don't know anyone?
Most members started that way! Coaches introduce people, regular attendees naturally connect, and our welcoming culture makes it easy to feel comfortable quickly.
Is CORE XV only for women?
While we're designed with women in mind and most members are women, everyone is welcome. Our values of support and inclusivity apply to all.
Can I bring my friend who's not a member?
Yes! Every membership includes unlimited guest passes. Bring friends, family, or coworkers anytime.
How do I stay updated on community events?
Events are posted in the member app, Facebook group, weekly newsletter, and on the gym bulletin board. Multiple ways to stay in the loop!
